Ali Al-Asady Bio
Originally of Mesopotamia (IRAQ), Ali Al-Asady became a
resident of Arizona in 1995. He has
been a REALTOR® with HomeSmart Elite Group in the greater
Phoenix area since 2003. He is
also an instructor/school administrator with Alliance
Learning Institute and a consultant for a
local high-performance & healthy home builder. An
accomplished professional with a proven
record of success, Ali ranked in the top two percent of
realtors in Arizona. His personal mission
statement is to ‘pave a greener path to sustainable living
and healthier homeownership through
education, representation, and marketing.
Connection
Ali began his real estate career as an investor by
renovating, managing, and selling rental
properties. He then decided to share his wealth of knowledge
with clients as a REALTOR®
representing his clients. Soon after he found it to be his
calling to promote sustainability and
green thinking in the real estate market, and to educate others
about this. Even as a young boy,
Ali felt a connection to the earth and the environment, thus
it is no surprise that this became Ali’s
focus.
Knowledge/education
Not one to rest on his laurels, Ali continuously expands his
knowledge base and shares his
expertise. He is a graduate of Westford College, the Hogan
School of Real Estate, Eco Broker
International, and the Ikoloji Sustainable Building Advisor
Program. He writes and teaches
many classes, seminars, and training programs on
sustainability, and green home buying &
selling, he recently wrote in teach
#HealthyHomeChallenges&Solution, delivered a TEDx like
talk in Arizona State University-OLLIE scholar’s events.

Building Council (USGBC-AZ Chapter) for his efforts to put
together the first of its kind green
home tour in 2010 and for volunteer work with residential
green building committees. And the
International Rescue Committee teaching homeownership class
to refugees for over 10 years

Prior to entering real estate, Al-Asady was a professional
interpreter with the NGO, U.S. federal
and municipal courts. and a case manager with the
International Rescue Committee These
experiences exposed him to the legal system in the US and to
people from all walks of life and of
a wide variety of education levels, cultures and
backgrounds. From this, he developed respect
and admiration for the points of view of others, which he
feels now aids him in all areas of his
life and career. When not sharing his real estate and
sustainability knowledge with clients, Ali is
a devoted family man to his wife and two sons, pursues his
passion for art, architecture, video
making, and spends time in nature.
